For better or for worse, I'm baaaaackkkk.

WOW! Blogger has changed so much since my last post more than 11 months ago.
(After making my post I notice things don't look as lined up as I was able to make them last year. Oh well, trial and error.)

Well, some people have to work (ie. me) and do other stuff, I won't bore you with, but I have kept myself taking pictures of mere strangers and myself while living a fashionable life.

So here are some taken at last week's Fashion's Night Out with my beautifying crew of ONE, Papito, with my darling little sis' and actress whom I style, Pili Montilla from www.pilimontilla.com and some random fashionistas I love to harass.

Boys n Shorts

Lets quickly post some of our favorites looks of the summer while we get back on the Fall track.    With  temperatures rising and skirts and sleeves getting shorter (this goes mostly for the girls) but  for the guys too!!!!!

This look may not be office appropriate but he certainly dressed up the short pants to give a little Angus Young (AC/DC) feeling to the look.

Shopping around

So my very own photog, who is not a fashionista in her own terms, Ms. Fab-ulous herself (not by choice but by name) snapped this pic up at our local Zara store.  She says she would NEVER! wear these.

I on the other hand consider myself a fashionista, BUT I do usually draw the line at cheap patent leather because it just screams that: CHEAP!  I'm not even going to talk about fake snakeskin BUT and that's a big BUT, Zara shoes are not known for its durability and so these would just be for wear-and-tear (to those fashionistas who run errands in heels).

I'm going to pay them a visit at the store. Just to say hello.

End of Summer Braiding

I know every fashionista is already hanging his/hers Pre-Fall purchases on their closets but it is still so hot, due to some people not recycling, even when the penguins are about to organize a strike themselves. But enough about global warnings, I mean warming.

Man Bag
The hold all' choice of men, as of late,  has taken a whole new life.  Gone are the days of "la mariconera", a wrislet, usually leather, bag carried by fashionable questionable men in the 70's and 80's.  Gone are the days of the hideous Fanny Pack or Waist Pack, now it's all about Gucci, Celine and Louis Vuitton shoppers, cross-body leather and canvas bags and style, style, style.
