I am not one to go out and buy a dress just for THE occasion. I'd much rather buy a dress when I fall in love with it regardless if its meant to be worn in the winter and it's 120 degrees outside when Fashion Cupid's hits me.
But after much preamble for the 2010 Latin Billboard Awards, I felt weak at the knees 3 hours before the event, went running to the mall and thought of only one place to solve my problem: BCBG. And thus I wear a fully covered in sequins mini-tiny dress which I now loveeeeeeeee.
