Xmas in July weather

One of the saddest things in my life, and I'm not saying that there are many or anything, is the fact that I cannot dress for the changing seasons or enjoy seeing live fashion changing with the seasons. Seeing sleeveless garments drop like dead leaves to be replaced by buttery leather jackets (sorry PET-you-know-who-you-are), 120-denier black tights, fingerless gloves, Barbara Bui coats, BCBG pony hair Mendel booties, Burberry Wellington boots, (although I have been known for wearing Wellies in PR), OK I'll stop my daydreaming now. But here are a couple of alternatives some friends came up with at a recent Xmas bash in my friends backyard (yes!!! outdoors in the hot puertorrican winter).

I think I was the warmest one there but it was well worth it since everyone diiiieeeeeeddd with my vintage jacket.

Getting all tipsy turvy on my brand new shoes which can be appreciated even more for the hot price I got them for....but that's another subject. One I talk about on my other blog.
