Some of these outfits were a literal designers showcase; a top from here, a skirt from there and accessories from everywhere. That has always being my modus operand um in the editorials I style, the more brands the better. I know it works for some but it really isn't MY thing to wear head to toe one designer/brand. Where's the sport in that? And yes ladies and gents, fashion is a sport where the winner gets the longest stares.
The evening's winner for the most varied smorgasbord of designers was
Wearing top- David Antonio (in homage to the designer who's collection was presented), skirt- Harry Robles, shoes- Fendi, bag- Louis VUitton and belt- Dolce & Gabanna.
Congratulations girl! You rock the sport that is Fashion.
Dress- undisclosed from Nordstrom, shoes- Idore from Novus. Below, you can appreciate more the bracelet- Elena Gorrachategui and ring- vintage.
Top- Antonio Pernas, skirt- Nanette Lepore and both bag and shoes- Yves Saint Laurent.
Rocking the one-shoulder trend were these fashionistas. One wearing high fashion and the other high-street fashion. Can you guess who's wearing which before you read?
Top and skirt- Gustavo Arango and shoes- undefined.
If you guessed correctly, then you probably want this skirt as much as I.
Dress- Arden B., shoes- Marciano and bag- vintage.
