ZARA October 2010
Capes, cocoon coats, monochromatic ensembles, leather ra-ra skirts and organic layering are our favorite looks from this Lookbook.
And now a few excerpts of ZARA's online magazine Issue #2.
I'm not very fond of this menswear inspired jacket but the Zara long jersey skirt I already have in my closet and I'll be wearing it to shreds, day and night, it's like a leather bag, the more worn out, the better it looks, like a good pair of wide legged jeans, also on my fall list of outfits.
The red and camel look is one I'll be working into my wardrobe, hopefully with my vintage wide-legged, high-waisted wool pants....if I find them in the bottom of my closet.
Animal print is mostly Always in fashion come Fall but this year around the options are well presented in modern silhouettes and accessories. Paired with red pumps is even lovlier.
So this time around I'll be rocking this trend as well. Already got my vintage cheetah print coat. Now I just need the weather to drop just enough so I can use it in the tropics.
The boots: High on the leg, but just short of last year's over-the-knee trend, these are perfect for leaving the much coveted wide-legged pant on the hanger and wearing the figure hugging skinny legged counterpart when rocking the night away.
In lust with the two-toned boots below.
What trends will you be rocking this fall?
